And if there is one thing missing in Belgium according to Australians? It is good coffee!
When Emily met Eddie whilst backpacking Australia she fell in love, both with him and his amazing part of the world.
Eddie grew up in between the vineyards of Margaret River, a wine region in the South-West,
or according to Emily, Paradise!
Emily started to share Eddie's passion for the grape juice.
They went traveling together, discovered new places and learned a lot more about wine.
After settling in Belgium they had the dream of sharing their passion and bring to you the charm of an Australian coffee shop by day and a unique wine experience by night.

Dit zijn toch de eerste 3 dingen waar je aan denkt als iemand "Australië" zegt?
En als er één ding is dat Australiërs in België missen,
dan is het wel goede koffie.
Toen Emily met de rugzak vertrok richting Australië
had ze nooit verwacht om Eddie daar te ontmoeten.
Ze werd verliefd zowel op hem als op zijn prachtig thuisland.
Eddie groeide op tussen de wijngaarden van Margaret River,
een wijnregio in het prachtige Zuidwesten van het land.
Of zoals Emily het beschrijft: een paradijs!
Emily begon Eddie's passie voor het lekkere druivensap te delen.
Ze vertrokken samen op reis. Tijdens de reizen leerden ze veel over wijn
en ontdekten ze nieuwe pareltjes op deze wereld.
Na al dat reizen was het tijd om te settelen, ze kozen voor België.
De droom was om de passie te delen en de charmante Australische koffiebar
van 's morgens om te toveren in een klassevolle wijnbar 's avonds.
